A road trip for the Swindon Lions to Haringey, based at the recently refurbished rink at Alexandra Palace.
Both netminders were tested in the first five minutes before Jason Warren opened the scoring for Swindon, with a trademark breakaway.
Less than a minute later Haringey were equal after Naoya Furitsu scored.
At 9 minutes 49, Jason Warren scored, again on a breakaway, it took Haringey a good five minutes to equalise, Furitsu set the goal up, with a drop pass in the slot for Elliot Davies to finish.
A hatrick looked a possibility for Warren but in the 25th minute he was penalised for hooking, and during the resulting powerplay the Hounds took the lead, scored again by Davies.
For another 12 minutes, both teams received penalties given for too many men, and whilst both netminders were tested, no goals were forth coming. Time was running out for Swindon when Edward Quant broke down the left hand side and put a good pass right in front of net, a goal mouth scramble ended up with the equaliser for Swindon, touched by Charlie West and scored by Samuel Bull.
Tyler Perre did well in net for Swindon taking 27 shots for three goals, Haringeys net minder faced 17 shots.
