Another long road trip for the Swindon Jaguars, after Romford last weekend.
Swindon went behind in the second minute, from a wrist shot by Taylor Romeo, but twenty seconds later Jay Warren had equalised for the jaguars, after passes from each of the forwards on this shift.
Jay scored again 3 minutes in, but a penalty on Swindon left them a man short, a fine pad save from Tyler Perre near the end of the powerplay kept Swindon in the lead.
Swindon scored steadily through the rest of the game, and with a robust enough defence, Peterborough struggled to get shots on net, another fine glove save kept Peterborough’s total to one.
Swindon managed to score 13 goals with Jay Warren and Patrick Larkin each bagging five, Reed Sayers 2, and Alexander Quant 1.
